General Conditions of Sale

1. Preamble

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the contractual relations between:

  • Aprilis & Maius , SARL, SIREN 935 243 287, RCS 935 243 287 RCS Paris, whose registered office is located at 48 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller"),
  • And any natural or legal person making a purchase on the rufusparis.com website (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").

By placing an order on the site, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted without reservation these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of textile products, including clothing, equipment and accessories, offered on the website rufusparis.com . They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those presented on the rufusparis.com website at the time of ordering. Each product is accompanied by a description (size, color, composition, etc.) and photographs, which are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.

4. Price

Product prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
Rufus Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed and may vary depending on the delivery location and the chosen transport method.

5. Order

The Customer places an order via the rufusparis.com website by following the following steps:

  1. Selecting products and adding to cart.
  2. Validation of the basket and choice of delivery method.
  3. Fill in delivery and billing information.
  4. Choice of payment method and acceptance of the T&Cs.
  5. Validation of the order and payment.

An order confirmation email will be sent to the Customer at the address provided when placing the order. Rufus Paris reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the Customer, non-payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are those offered by the Shopify platform (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Payments are secured through Shopify solutions, which guarantee the protection of the Customer's banking data. Rufus Paris does not store any payment data.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicated when ordering and may vary depending on the delivery method chosen and the destination.
In the event of a delivery delay, Rufus Paris will inform the Customer by email. If the delay exceeds 30 days, the Customer may cancel their order and request a full refund.
Rufus Paris cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to cases of force majeure (strike, bad weather, etc.).

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the Client must inform Rufus Paris by email at bonjour@rufusparis.com or by post at 48 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their labels, within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Rufus Paris will reimburse the Customer within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method used when ordering.

9. Guarantees

All products sold on rufusparis.com benefit from:

  • From the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code): the Customer has 2 years from delivery to report a lack of conformity.
  • Guarantee of hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code): the Customer may request a refund or a reduction in the price in the event of a hidden defect rendering the product unfit for use.

For any request relating to guarantees, the Client must contact Rufus Paris at bonjour@rufusparis.com .

10. Liability

Rufus Paris is committed to providing products that comply with the order and current standards. However, Rufus Paris cannot be held liable in the event of:

  • Misuse of the products by the Customer.
  • Damages resulting from force majeure.
  • Problems related to internet connection or use of the site.

11. Personal data

Personal data collected during the order process (name, address, email, etc.) are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 12. Disputes and mediation

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may send a complaint to Rufus Paris by email to bonjour@rufusparis.com .
If no amicable solution is found within 30 days, the Customer may contact a consumer mediator, in accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code. The mediator's contact details will be provided upon request.
In the absence of mediation, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.

13. Applicable law

These T&Cs are subject to French law.

14. Modification of the T&Cs

Rufus Paris reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect at the time of the order.
