Exchange Policy 🔄

We understand that sometimes an item may not fit perfectly. At Rufus Paris, we are committed to making the exchange process as simple and hassle-free as possible to ensure your satisfaction. 

How to Process an Exchange:

  • Notification: Contact our dedicated team at bonjour@rufusparis.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to exchange, as well as the new desired sizes.
  • Instructions: Once your request is received, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item to us. 
  • Before initiating any shipping process, it is imperative to follow the instructions provided by our customer service. Please do not return items before receiving these instructions, as this could delay the processing of your exchange.
  • Receipt and Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item and, once confirmed that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the exchange.
  • Shipping of Replacement Item: The replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation and a tracking number for your new item.

Return Policy

Right of withdrawal 

In accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, each customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of their order to inform Rufus Paris of their intention to return the product. Following this notification, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the product, with the postmark serving as proof.

 

Before returning the package:

Before initiating any return process, it is imperative to contact our customer service at bonjour@rufusparis.com. Please provide us with the following details:

  • Your first and last name.
  • The order number.
  • The items you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return (defective, does not match description, change of mind, etc.).
  • Any other details you deem relevant or any concerns you may have.

Once you have provided us with this information, our team will evaluate your request and provide you with specific instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not return items before receiving these instructions, as this could delay the processing of your return or incur additional costs.

We strive to respond to all return requests within 48 hours. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to help you resolve any concerns or issues you may encounter.

 

Refund 

After receipt and verification of the product's condition, the refund will be made by automatic credit within 30 days. However, the refund will not be issued until Rufus Paris has received and inspected the returned item.

Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
