1. Delivery
1.1. Delivery areas
Rufus Paris delivers its products only within France. Possible delivery areas are indicated during the ordering process.
1.2. Delivery methods and times
The products are shipped via our partner carrier Colissimo .
At Rufus Paris, we produce to order to avoid overstocking. Total lead time, including production and shipping, is 8 business days from order confirmation, for delivery anywhere in France.
A tracking number will be provided by email once the order is shipped.
1.3. Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, the destination, and the chosen delivery method. They are indicated before the order is confirmed. For information purposes:
- Metropolitan France: €5 (free for purchases of €130 or more).
1.4. Delivery delays or problems
In the event of a delivery delay of more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel their order and request a full refund, unless the delay is due to force majeure (strike, bad weather, etc.).
If the package is damaged or lost, the Customer must contact Rufus Paris at bonjour@rufusparis.com within 48 hours of receipt or the expected delivery date. Rufus Paris undertakes to investigate with the carrier and propose a solution (reshipment or refund).
2. Returns
2.1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the Client must inform Rufus Paris of his decision:

A model withdrawal form can be provided upon request, but a clear statement (e.g., "I wish to withdraw from my order no. XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX") is sufficient.
2.2. Return procedures
The Customer must return the products within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. The products must be:
- In their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged).
- With their original labels and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the product is defective or does not conform to the order. Rufus Paris recommends returning products with tracking (for example, Colissimo with acknowledgment of receipt) and retaining proof of shipment.
2.3. Reimbursement
Rufus Paris undertakes to reimburse the Customer within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, or proof of their shipment. The refund will include the price of the products and the initial delivery costs (unless the Customer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard option).
The refund will be made via the same payment method used when ordering.
2.4. Defective or non-compliant products
If the product received is defective or does not conform to the order, the Customer must contact Rufus Paris within 48 hours of receipt at bonjour@rufusparis.com , attaching photos of the defect.
Rufus Paris will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the customer's choice. These provisions are in addition to the legal guarantees (guarantee of conformity and hidden defects).
